Please Note

• All parties will be hosted by members of our Roller One team. • A $200 deposit must be paid online at the time of booking. The remaining balance, along with any additional purchases, can be paid on the day by cash or credit card (1.25% surcharge apply). • The final balance is based on your confirmed number of guests. Please note that the minimum spend per table/room still applies. • No outside food allowed except Birthday cakes • Arcade Time Play excluding claw games and prize games etc. ※Rescheduling: • Rescheduling within 3 months of the original party date is allowed, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. • If you reschedule within 14 days of your party date, a rescheduling fee of $50 applies. • Rescheduling is allowed ONCE only. Any further changes will require a new booking, and the previously paid deposit will not be refunded. ※Cancellation: • If you cancel more than 14 days before your booking, your deposit will be refunded, but a cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted. • If you cancel within 14 days of your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. ※Guest Cancellations: • Final guest list confirmation should be made at least 4 days prior to your party date. Any guest cancellations after this confirmation or no-shows on the day will still be counted towards the final balance. However, we can offer roller skating rink pass vouchers for future use (maximum of 2). • Please note that a minimum of 10 guests will still need to be paid for, regardless of cancellations.
